Covers: All Cover Clients print a minimum of 1000 copies to be distributed in racks and mailings throughout Nashville. MyNashville prints multiple covers every issue.
Partner Plans: All Partner Plans Advertising and Payments automatically renew month to month, after first year. By their signature on contract, the two parties hereby agree to the agreement and client agrees to the charges and to participate in the MyNashville Magazine and website program, with options as indicated on contract. Client understands that the term of the contract is noted within the contract, and early cancellation shall void any and all discounts on all issues that ran with the contract.
Refund Policies: Client also understands this is a non-refundable commitment. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Publisher reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time, for any reason. All magazine ads to run succeeding each quarterly fulfillment of payment and supplied art. All payments must be fulfilled to MyNashville Magazine prior to production deadline, otherwise the client’s ad will get reallocated to subsequent issue per company policy and at the publisher’s discretion. No refunds.
No Verbal Agreements: No verbal agreements will be accepted, all terms must be in writing. Any verbal agreements with any MyNashville representative shall be null and void.
Photography: Client hereby assumes full responsibility for all client supplied photography, and for consideration, and the purpose of publishing my photos on the MyNashvilleMagazine.com website, or for any editorial content, advertising, websites, print and other lawful purposes, the receipt of which I hereby acknowledge:
I hereby state that all rights to all photos submitted by me are owned by me and/or I have full permission to use them in any matter I desire. I also agree that all usage rights, including broadcast rights, publication rights, exhibition rights, display rights, print rights and other duplication rights arising from any photography, transparencies, photographic negatives, motion pictures artwork or other illustrations of every kind or nature created in connection with these photos, shall be for the sole use by MyNashvilleMagazine.com, its successors or approval of the finished product or the use to which it may be applied. MyNashvilleMagazine.com may use all images for advertising editorial promotional and broadcasting situations without previous consent.
Further, I release MyNashville Magazine, and Mark One Media, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims for copyright, libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim arising in connection with the photography. I or my representative have read this authorization and release and understand all the terms thereof.
